Product Description

Titanium wire mesh is valued for its high strength, light weight and corrosion resistant properties. The pure titanium mesh screen are over 99.9% Ti. There have two type titanium mesh, black titanium wire mesh and bright titanium mesh. The black titanium mesh have a protective oxide coating that prevents electrolytic reaction with other metals.

CP Titanium Grade 1: Gr 1 titanium mesh is the softest titanium with the highest ductility and corrosion resistance. It exhibits excellent cold forming characteristics, welding properties, and high impact toughness. Grade 1 titanium is often used for architectural, medical, marine, and chemical processing manufacturing.

CP Titanium Grade 2: Gr 2 titanium mesh is the moderate strength wire mesh. Often used for architectural, automotive, medical, marine, chemical and hydro carbon processing, and power generation applications.
