A stainless steel smoker tube is a perforated metal container used to contain smoking particles. You fill it with particles and light it at the open end. Light the wood fuel and blow out the open flame. The lit end will smoke and produce a delicious smoke. Depending on the size of the tube tube, this will produce smoke for 2-4 hours. Generally, a 6-inch NMS will generate smoke for 2 hours, and a 12-inch NMS will generate smoke for 4 hours.
