Stainless steel wedge tube also known as water filters, are widely used in oil, gas and water well sand control industries, especially in the water well industry.The stainless steel screen tube adopts the world's advanced full-wound welding production process, and is welded on a set of supporting wires arranged in a circle by using a special trapezoidal wire winding. The whole process of welding ensures the strict continuous integrity of the product, so that it can form the ideal gap size and have the performance of the maximum amount of high pressure.

It consists of surface profiles, usually V-shaped, that are resistance welded onto support profiles. The distance between the surface profiles is controlled very accurately, as it forms the slot through which the filtrate flows.
