Product Description

Inconel 600 wire mesh (Alloy 600) is a nickel-chromium alloy, with added iron (~8%), designed for applications requiring resistance to both corrosion and extreme temperatures. As such, Inconel 600 can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 2050°F. 
Inconel 601 wire mesh (Alloy 601) is a nickel-chromium alloy, with added iron (~14%) and aluminum (~1.35%), designed for applications requiring resistance to both corrosion and extreme temperatures. Its aluminum addition allows Alloy 601 the ability to retain its high mechanical properties even in extremely hot environments, and it remains very resistant to oxidation up to 2200°F. 
Inconel 617wire mesh is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy, with a similar high temperature resistance to Inconel 600/601 with improved strength, while offering comparable corrosion resistance to Inconel 625.
Inconel 625 wire mesh (Alloy 625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy designed for applications requiring resistance to both corrosion and extreme temperatures. Due to the solid-solution effects of the molybdenum (~9%) and niobium ([+tantalum] ~3.65%) in the nickel-chromium matrix, Alloy 625 demonstrates superior mechanical performance in extreme temperatures as compared to Alloy 600.
